I have a BSc in Sports Science and the YMCA level 3 personal training qualification. I provide personalised training programs in central London, at Gymbox in Farringdon.

I am a big fan of using crossfit style workouts to really push you, but also about providing balanced workouts that help you get fitter, faster and stronger without increasing your risk of injury.
